Started writing code in 2000. Still do - now I also design the systems around it and lead the people building them.
From early websites and custom CMS platforms to microservice architectures serving millions of users. I've led teams of nearly 20 people, mentored team managers, and led architecture overhauls at two major companies.
I care as much about who maintains the system as how it's designed. I choose boring technology when it fits, reach for newer tools when they pay off, and make sure stakeholders understand the tradeoffs either way.

Responsible for the platform behind all company-facing sites, serving millions of daily unique users. Reduced deployment time from days to minutes, enabling multiple daily releases. Built and rolled out a design system adopted by all product teams. Ran two adjacent platforms - one hosting all public-facing sites, the other generating internal admin panels.
